Here’s a delicious and nutritious recipe I made for my family. It was a hit that I keep recreating this dish and adding different twists to take it to the next level!

Quick and Easy Potato Recipe: Try this Baked Cheesy Mashed Potato Bites

Let’s cook this quick and easy potato recipe: Baked Cheesy Mashed Potato Bites.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup U.S. Dehydrated Potato Granules
  • 1.5 oz Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup Easy Melt Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Chives
  • Bacon
  • Parsley
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Water

I used U.S. Dehydrated Potato Granules for my mashed potato. I just added water and voila! Instant, lump-free mashed potato! Add the bacon, parsley, chives, mozzarella, cheese, salt and pepper.

Mix evenly then add the parmesan cheese. While doing this, you can pre-heat your oven.

Put the mixture in baking cups, topped with mozzarella, chives, parmesan and easy melt cheese. (This recipe can make 6 cups).

Set oven to 200C. Bake for 30 minutes. Let it cool and serve. Enjoy!
